Mantic Games: The Walking Dead - Horse Mounted Sheriff Rick

Mantic Games: For starters, we will have a very special limited edition resin gaming piece featuring Negan in close discussion with a few of Rick’s gang – and for some reason Rick’s team all seem to be on their knees. I have no idea why, but Glenn has two different heads, something about ‘before’ and ‘after’. What that can be all about? Absolutely no clue.

Mantic Games: The Walking Dead Arrive - Surplus Kickstarter Sets Sale

Mantic Games: November is The Walking Dead: All Out War month here at Mantic HQ, as Kickstarter backers have started receiving their pledges and we’re busy preparing for our biggest retail launch ever. The reports so far from backers have been hugely positive and we can’t wait for more players to take on the Walkers when All Out War hits retail.

The Walking Dead: All Out War was a significant change for Mantic. Unlike our previous Kickstarter campaigns it came pre-assembled from the factory, ready to immediately dispatch. As well as all the Wave One Kickstarter Editions we needed for backers, we also ordered some extras that we could use for damages, and we had to print to round numbers by our printer too. This means we have a very limited number spare to purchase, which is a great opportunity for any one who missed out on the Kickstarter to pick up the exclusives and get a great bundle featuring 46 miniatures, 3D terrain and the Days Gone Bye expansion. You can order yours here

Mantic Games: Upcoming The Walking Dead Scenery and Miniatures Previewed

Mantic Games previewed this The Walking Dead scenery and miniatures for their hugely popular Kickstarter.

Looking great especially the car wrecks. We recently received the Test Shots for the plastic miniatures for the game. These are the first run of the production tool, used to test quality and find issues before we start churning out umpteen thousand sets for backers. Therefore, these are Not Final. So, the miniatures you can see here needed some tweaks to get the quality we were after. As you can see a lot of detail has come out very well on the models, easily enough to enjoy painting, but we have gone back and gone one better.

Mantic Games: The Walking Dead Miniature Game Announced

Mantic Games announced to release an official The Walking Dead miniature game based on the The Walking Dead comics series by Skybound Games.

The Walking Dead: All Out War will be set in the engaging and immersive post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead comic series. Having the comic license gives us far more freedom to reproduce from all the rich and evocative artwork, and over 149 issues of the comics. This offered the biggest choice of factions and characters – in fact the widest scope possible to explore the setting and heroes. Finally the comic license also gives us direct access to the Skybound team, and insight into the world by the people who actually created it! We will bring the pages to life with fantastic models that will cry out to be painted, slick game play and it’ll all be part of an awesomely fun gaming experience.
