Lost jungle City Terrain
Looking at my jungle collection, I have created this lost jungle city using my adobe buildings. This place could be used for Indiana Jones style games but I'm currently lacking miniatures so that won't happen in the near future. Although I could use some of my wild west miniatures versus some nasty natives and support! Just noticed I forgot to put in some buddha statues and broken heads I have lying around.

Now Available Wild West Ruleset Fistful of Lead!

As the title says, Fistful of Lead was designed as a quick set of rules for gunfights in the Wild West. These rules that can be learned within a couple of turns and still keep the flavor of the period. In Fistful of Lead, the play is fast and furious, with a Hollywood flair to it.
There is no record keeping. All the player needs to know can be shown with markers provided (or you can make your own). You don’t need a record sheet, or need to keep track of ammo. It is assumed the gunfighters are reloading between shots (except for some special conditions) and he/she is actually firing a volley of lead when they shoot.
In most games, each player can control up to 6 gunfighters without much trouble. And games can have up to 8 players without slowing down the game. “Well, you just gonna sit there whistling Dixie, or are ya gonna draw them hoglegs?...”

Just received this news from Jane over at Amera: Amera Plastic Mouldings have just released a North African Outpost Kit and base in 1/72 1/76 scale. Its just £6.99 & comes with full instructions. The model is a development of the former Airfix North African Outpost kit in vac form with minor changes. It represents the opportunity to create a realistic diorama typical of the North African campaign in WW11. Askari Miniatures: German Colonial Infantry
Askari Miniatures has expanded its German Colonial line with infantry and artillery figures for Germany's South West Africa colony. These troops were known as Schutztruppe, and were all mounted infantry, supported by artillery crews. The first set is dismounted infantry:
