Black Scorpion: Old Miniatures Coming Back Through Macro Scanning Technology
Black Scorpion: We recently invested in an extremely high end Macro scanner. Capable of accurately reproducing the micro details of our miniatures with incredible precision! The possibilities and new avenues this affords us are many and we'll be previewing some of our new plans in the near future.
For now we're scanning certain models that may be out of production or making them available in 28mm. Other select models will be available as prints. The quality of the latest 3d printers and resins means the very highest details with the advantage of no mould lines, flash and models can be produced in one piece more easily.
In the specials and new release categories you'll find some of these models. Such as the Imperial Captain and Dungeon Keeper in 28mm. We've also brought back Archibald! This model was released years ago but was around 40-45mm. We've now made him available as 32mm and 28mm. Remember our orders are EU friendly as we use the ioss system, meaning no vat or handling charges at your end. We ship worldwide. Orders of £50 or more go post free UK/Europe and £75 or more ROW.

Black Scorpion: New Crates and Bottles Scenery Release
Black Scorpion: September new releases! We've just added two packs to the website, Crates and Bottles which are great for terrain, scenics , dioramas and conversions. Resin cast, suitable for 28-35mm miniatures. These are actually our first digitally made models (don't worry our main models will always stay hand sculpted). It was a part test for making some Tombstone buildings that will be available digitally (hopefully). So we cast them for sale as they're quite useful.

Black Scorpion Miniatures: October New Releases! We’ve just added a couple of miniatures to the store. These are from our recently completed Kickstarter- ‘Fantasy Adventurers!’ The Wizard & Owl and Halfling Dodo rider are out now! The rest of the Adventurer models will follow in the coming months. We’re actually planning a follow up- ‘Fantasy Adventures 2’ coming soon to kickstarter. So be sure to follow our social media, website, or newsletter to keep up to date. The Kickstarter usually offers extra freebies and offers as a thankyou to those who back the project but have to wait a little longer to get the miniatures. The Wizard is a three piece 32mm resin miniature. The Dodo rider is a one piece resin model.

Black Scorpion: Black Scorpion is 17 years old today! We’re going to be away until October 3rd, so as a joint birthday/ thanks for waiting .. any orders placed from now until then will receive Drunk Santa free! (Min spend £10 one per customer) Every year I plan to make a Christmas model and never get time so I’ve made it now to be sure! It shouldn’t be too hard to turn this into a an Xmas tree decoration should you wish. Made with sculpey/ milliput/ green stuff. 32mm hand sculpted miniatures.
