Kallistra Miniatures: This year, 2014, is the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War and in response we are producing a comprehensive range of WW1 pewter miniatures and Hexon Terrain pieces etc. We have already introduced many new trench pieces and reorganised our 10-15mm trench sets.
Our new WW1 miniatures range, 1:144 scale, 12mm, are cast to the highest standards in lead free pewter, each pack complete with precision moulded brown plastic bases. The initial releases in this new WW1 range include most of the common troop types involved in the early battles of the war. Most packs include a small number of command figures, although command packs for each nation will follow in due course. Although we are starting with early war, it will be progressively expanded into a comprehensive range to cover mid and late war, as well as other theatres of this epic conflict.
