Wargame Geeks: Thrackdown is a free, miniature-agnostic science-fiction skirmish game for two players. It is designed around small warbands, alternating fighter activations, vertical movement and dense terrain.
The public Alpha v1.4 is now available here and includes a Quick Start Guide and rules for all six launch factions. The game uses standard D6s and any suitable miniatures and terrain players already own. Container City, our recently completed terrain Kickstarter, was originally designed to create the sort of dense, vertical battlefields Thrackdown was built around.
