Scale Games: Welcome to the Fallen Frontiers universe. Fallen Frontiers is a 35mm miniature game set in a futuristic society where humans have colonized much of the galaxy and have found powerful sources of energy and alien life forms with advanced technology.

In the universe of Fallen Frontiers different factions fight for the control of planets and their strategic resources so they are able to expand into a galaxy that still hides many secrets. Players will take control of these factions on the board by choosing troops, heroes and cards that they will adapt to their gaming style in order to win.

Scale Games: Fallen Frontiers is a battle game based on combat squads. At the same time squads offer protection and firepower to the characters that are the ones that define the game style, as their attributes change the characteristics of their troops of a squad. In this way, the same type of unit acts differently depending on the character that leads each time. However in Fallen Frontiers characters aren't superheroes, when they aren't with their squad, they are weak and easy to eliminate.

Besides the miniatures that represent their army, players will also have a deck of cards put together by them, that will allow them to get some assistance and change the game style in such a way that enemies won't be able to guess it at first sight. As players can secretly set up the deck of cards, strategy isn't revealed at the beginning of the game. The basic box contains 2 factions ready to fight, Ares and Riff; a total of 38 miniatures, but if the Kickstarter goes well it will end up with many more. It has all you need to start playing: an initial deck of cards, rules, scoreboards, common tables and even colored scenery elements to create the right environment on your game table.
