Today we will take a look at some of the excellent miniatures from The Little Soldier Company catalogue. But for this review we will take a closer look at the Alice in Geründerland Baralizar, humanoid rabbits suitable for role playing games such as Gamma World, Bunnies & Burrows and Burrows & Badgers or even Frostgrave. But let's first of all explore the fantasy world of Alice in Geründerland a bit more.
"There comes a time, as Alice surely once thought, that chasing a white rabbit in a suit down a hole is not really the most sensible way to start the day… an adventure maybe, but certainly not the day... some doors are not meant to be open or even, dare it be said, left ajar... doors left ajar tend to let all sorts of things both in and out. Meaning to be somewhere else doesn’t always work well in Geründerland and, over time, he is said to have created the race of the Baralizar. Many are their enemies and few their friends although those that ally themselves with this race are held in high esteem."
So let's a take a look at these rather unusual humanoid rabbits from The Little Soldier Company. These fierce rabbit warriors from their Alice in Geründerland range are available as a discounted deal containing the 10 unique single cast metal figures or can be bought per individual miniature. The miniatures are designed to be used with slotta style bases but are supplied without these plastic bases. These rabbit warriors and other characters are armed with an assortment of deadly weaponry featuring machine guns, laser pistols, swords, daggers, spears, magic staffs and more making them very useful for all sorts of cool gaming settings such as fantasy, science fiction and beyond.
The sculpting quality of these miniatures is superb with each figure being a very characterful sculpture making them very suitable for miniature roleplaying and skirmish wargaming in which each miniature represents a named character on the tabletop. These miniatures are of course also very suitable to be collected and painted for display purposes as they are really unique and excellent looking. The casting quality is awesome and type of metal used for these miniatures is great, the sturdy quality metal was among the first things I noticed when receiving these fine miniatures. I think the miniatures speak for themselves so below some more pictures of these 10 lovely miniatures. Just noticed that some miniatures are missing from the pictures but you can clearly see all variants on the company website.
