Kings of War is a mass-battle fantasy wargame set in the world of Mantica, and this free rules download is designed to get you going with the basics. These rules have benefited from thousands of games, lots of feedback, a rules committee that worked with Alessio to balance the rules and make a set that appeals to all gamers – casual, big battle fans and tournament players.
The rules are designed to be slick and intuitive and balanced, allowing a game to get to a result in less than two hours – I hope the rules here will give you a flavor of what has made KoW so popular.
Inside these documents you will find all of the core rules. To allow you to try the rules, we've also supplied large extracts from each Force List for you to sample the different units and heroes. More will follow as new armies are released.
