Black Cat Bases: I apologise for the delay on dispatch of orders, this has been due to severe and unexpected ill health. Also our internet has been down for a long period of time and so I have been unable to access anything! Ben is now home from the hospital making it possible for me to cast orders while looking after him. We would like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we have had problems. This is most unlike us especially for any length of time. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Once again my sincere and unreserved apologies!
Edit: I have just received the news that this message from the Black Cat Base is a 3 month old one. This wouldn't be bad if everything was resumed as normal but lots of customers are still waiting for their orders. So be careful when ordering products as they are most likely to be delayed due to the delivery of older orders and the health problems of the people behind this company. Never the less I wish them a swift recovery and the possibility to rectify these delivery problems.

This message has been on their website for at least three months.
Customers are still complaining on the forums of non-delivery of orders (some going back to *last summer*) despite payment up front, and of e-mails, telephone messages and letters going unanswered.
Caveat emptor!
