Freebooter Miniatures: Adombra and pack rats

Here's some news from the kind lads at Freebooter Miniatures: "The central new release is Adombra. She provides the Brotherhood with a desperately needed specialist for ranged attacks. Her crossbow quarrels can strike down the Brotherhood’s foes swiftly and silently where the traditional daggers just cannot reach.

And then we have these vermin creatures can be used as counters for the Rat Hunt scenario or to beef up Fidanzata’s rat swarms or to bring some beauty to your bases and terrain. Well, to bring rats to it, anyway. There are 14 different rat designs included in every blister pack. Shipping of both products starts in week 37" I especially love the rodent pack which can be used as playable miniatures or just to spice up your terrain collection by adding them to your buildings and sewer pieces!

I like Adombra, some judge her controversial, for me I'm not bothered at all by her revealing dress (those who are can paint her with very close fitting trousers, hussar fashion). And I like the idea of a crossbow as a silent assassin weapon even in a H&M setting: more eye-catching than an air gun.

Some might find her controversial but it's a nice assassin a bit like in the videogame assassins creed. I also love the use of a small deadly crossbow.
