The Northern Alliance Shieldmaiden Ballista With Crew contains an impressive high quality polyurethane resin ballista and two female crew members supplied with two plastic square bases. As you can see in the pictures these miniatures are supplied in a sturdy plastic blister containing all the different components. The components are supplied without much flash and can easily be assembled without much hassle after a thorough wash in hot soapy water to remove the casting residue. The ballista can be assembled in no less than three variants being the stationary pose ideal to defend fortifications mounted on fixed positions, the wheeled version ideal for use on flat battlefields and the howdah version designed to be mounted on their mighty Great War Mammooths adding some lethal firepower from a superior vantage point.
