Ghetto Miniatures: 1970's New York Gang Skirmish Game Kickstarter Launched

Ghetto Miniatures has just launched a Kickstarter to fund their New York gang war skirmish game. Ghetto Miniatures, a new range of 1970's New York Gangs and rules. Battle it out on the means streets of the Big Apple.

Welcome to New York Bop, a new fast paced skirmish game immersing you in Gang Warfare of 1970’s New York. The year is 1974 and the streets of New York are filled with pimps and their hoes, the subway is a crime filled haven and unemployment forces young New Yorkers into a life of debauchery and violence.

Take control of your gang, chose your weapons and defend your turf in campaigns against rival gangs, looting shops and causing mayhem wither it be in Manhattan or the Bronx. Your gang will evolve with the more battles they win, increasing their ranks and leading you on the path to becoming the King of the Rubble. Each gang will include 8 metal figures in a variety of poses in 33m scale. Each one will represent its gang wearing their gang attire, but with their own unique style. They will be armed with a variety of weapons such as baseball bats and flick knives. Our group of well-known sculptors have done a fantastic job so far and with your help we will make sure they deliver a top quality range. The rules will be a fully coloured book with loads of illustrations and photographs of the miniatures on display. The rules include all the basics to get you started with game rules, details on all the current gangs, in game events, stats for the ranks and weapons along with campaign maps and full campaign rules.
