I have just finished of some test pieces for some possible commissions and to try out some new techniques for making Spanish inspired buildings which can easily be used for the Iberian Peninsula or Spanish ports in the Carribean. I'm quite happy with these pieces and the new techniques I used such as creating exposed bricks and painting some grains on the wood doors and windows using multiple diluted layers of paint.
Glad to receive some comments on what you think and you might want to change on the buildings.

The weathered door, quite happy with the result for the first test! |

The roofing was also painted using new color tones and I'm happy with the color. |

Thanks Tom, much appreciated comment by somebody who has a large personal collection of nice terrain pieces!
If you ever need something for a future project at a good price. Don't hesitate to contact me for a quote!
Cheers
ps: great looking Planet of the Apes, terrain and miniatures!
Lovely work! The only thing I might add is to lighten the overall tone of the stucco to something closer to an off-white/cream colour. Otherwise I think they look very fine.

Hi Curt, fair comments, the next building will be lighter toned as I have heard that comment before.
Cheers and thanks for the comment.
