Just found this excellent miniature from DGS Games for their Freeblades Fantasy universe. When there is fighting to be done, the Huscarls are in the thick of it. Kormag and his brothers and sisters form a line the enemy dare not cross.
Looks good and maybe even suable as Lord of the Rings dwarf bodyguard/ hero. Stay tuned as a review of the Freeblades ruleset and two startersets (Haradelan Questers and Black Rose Bandits are coming up soon.
