Nice figures if you can get them. I wish Hasslefree would answer emails and the phone about missing figures and orders. Still waiting for any response since November 2020.
These issues and many others are well known on various forums, trustpilot and social media. They date back over several years of poor often no communication, orders not sent, email and telephone messages not answered, order delays. Some people seem to get a slow service others, like me, no service at all. There seems no way to get an answer as the contact details on the website do not work (or are ignored). Constant excuses are published on Facebook. These are definitely not temporary issues (in my case 6 months) but are either company policy at worst and incompetence at best. A pity because they are nice figures. I pay a premium price so I expect a premium service. Ordering is a gamble. Only gamble if you can afford to lose. As far as my experience goes it is not worth ordering from them.
