Hexy Studio: Space cowboys and cowgirls! We are in the final hours of the campaign. Hexy Studio would like to thank every single one of you who has decided to join the ride and explore the Star Scrappers universe together with us. Battledrill is now funded at over $19 000 by over 660 backers, which is already a great result, but we still have a whole day to make it even better :)
Over the past week, you managed to unlock two Hero models, and another two are still to come. Let us then explain in a few words who the Star Scrappers Heroes are and what their gameplay role is. eroes are unique characters, important for the background story of the setting for various reasons (no spoilers!). Their Crew Restriction is 1, which means you can only have one copy of such a model in your crew. They also have their own dedicated Defiance card - during the game setup, a player controlling a Hero model might choose to draw one card less from the deck and add the Hero's Defiance card to hand instead. Clever use of you Hero's skill might prove the key to victory in some scenarios! Check the full Kickstarter here

Marek, one of the designers of Battledrill, had a busy weekend, running playtests and demo sessions of the game in his home town.
