Warlord Games has also announed the production of at least the Judoon - Inter-Galactic Police and the Zygons (most likely in pewter) as these were previewed at Salute 2016. Even more exciting is the news that they will produce plastic miniatures to bulk out the quantities of Dalek, Cybermen and UNIT Troopers needed for your Doctor Who adventures. Somebody else thinking Dalek Civil War?
From this years Salute convention in London, we know that at least the Tenth Doctor Who miniatures were sculpted by Russ Charles and painted by Kirsten Williams. The miniatures are scaled around 33mm high which is the now prefered scale for modern wargame and roleplaying miniatures.

10th Doctor Who and Companions Boxed Set "Coupling a boyish charm with an, at times, ruthlessly uncompromising darker side, the Tenth Doctor was ably assisted by companions such as Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Donna Noble and Wilfred Mott. Facing and confounding Daleks, Weeping Angels, Cybermen amongst a legion of other malevolent adversaries, the Tenth Doctor prevails with a cheeky smile, improvised plan and great hair. Really great hair... This box contains the following unpainted pewter miniatures: the Tenth Doctor, Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Donna Noble, Wilfred Mott and 5 plastic bases for use in the Into the Time Vortex game."
12th Doctor Who and Companions Boxed Set "Taking the facial features of a man he had saved in his tenth form as a reminder that the Doctor saves people, the Twelfth Doctor has struggled to come to terms with his inner demons since regeneration. Outwardly brusque, the Twelfth Doctor is rarely seen without Clara Oswald at his side, keeping him in check. The pair are sometimes aided by the unorthodox Paternoster Gang. The Twelfth Doctor has faced perennial foes such as Daleks and Cybermen while overcoming other, newer adversaries – armed with little more than his sonic sunglasses, an electric guitar and his 'attack eyebrows'... Pictures not yet available This box contains the following unpainted pewter miniatures: The Twelfth Doctor, Clara Oswald, Madame Vastra, Jenny Flint, Strax and 5 plastic bases for use in the Into the Time Vortex game."
