In the second and third scene you can see soldiers protected behind piles of furniture and accessories (note also the skeleton remains inside the garden of the cloister) The fourth shows an inner room of the monastery with shelves, a coffer, a bench and a stool turned on its side. The furniture are all painted in different manners, so as to look full of dust. I must say that painting them to make them look “ruined” is way easier than recreating the effect of a perfect and clean wooden style.
