It isn't part of a Warhammer Armies series. If you read the first few pages that is available on amazon.com it talks about why osprey published this book. Just a combined idea of what orcs are seen as, with background and info on them.

Looks like it's part of their Warhammer Armies series, so probably aimed at the GW crowd.
