Archiminima Structura is a new architectural construction set to build medieval castles. The pieces are held together by their own weight. The small studs on the blocks prevent them from sliding. Starch glue can be applied to the blocks to bind the structure – the blocks are mould-cast from quality waterproof material Keramin-S so the glue can be easily removed with water. Archiminima Structura is compatible by size with 15 mm wargaming terrain. The creators preferred the 15 mm scale to the more popular 28 mm because the key feature of Archiminima is its stone-like feel that has its drawback – weight. Make sure to take a look at the ongoing Kickstarter here.
All castles have realistic details – merlons, machicolations, arches with keystones, stairs, medieval toilets on the walls. Some towers have housings for chain bridges. The novel feature is unique (patented) system allowing users to build octagonal and round towers. The creator of Archiminima Andrey Belokon has a 30-year background in the history of architecture.
