Fly Trap Factory: new releases!

Just found this from Fly Trap Factory: As 2012 draws to a close and mankind braces for an impending meteor shower, solar storm, polar shift or one of countless other impending forms of doom we here at the factory have deemed it in our best interests to offer a bumper month of releases so at the very least as New Zealand goes the way of Atlantis and sinks beneath the waves some foreign scribe of undoubted renown and respect may take the charge of penning our mighty saga. Well actually the truth of the matter is we have been hunting our way through a project of Mammoth proportions and this has indeed taken the (sabre tooth) tigers’ share of our priority.

Anyhow I digress... December sees the release of our first “indigenous friendlies” blisters for the Warfighter range of 15mm ultra-modern miniatures. This blister contains 15 miniatures comprising of 7 individual sculpts of unarmed Afghan stylised civilian persons suitable for any middle-eastern bazaar or back-world compound complex. This blister is now up in our web store and is available for purchase now. To order go to our web store.

The second release we will cover today is our long anticipated first addition to “Netherworlds Edge” under the “Journeyman Series” label. Sculpted in Heroic 20mm the first release off of the table is the 5 figure “Brothers of Nuln” blister containing the misfit band of smugglers turned pirate who have pledged their lives to the unorthodox defence of their homelands and the avenging of their destroyed township against the minions of the Dread Rat King, the savage plague responsible for the massacre that claimed the life of their father.

In addition to the Brothers of Nuln we also release for pre-order this month the notoriously creaking but unfailingly trustworthy tub “The Drunken Skunk”. An old barrel sloop, with its shallow draft and converted hull the Drunken Skunk under the command of the Nuln smugglers proves an ideal escort for the raiding party as they wage their clandestine war along the river ways of the Netherwood. The Drunken Skunk a polyurethane and white metal kit although designed with Netherworlds Edge in mind is suitable for use with any 15-20mm miniatures.
