Just found this from Black Hat Miniatures: The supplement covering the Lizardmen forces and the Anderson expedition to Venus has been released as a free PDF. It is available as a direct download from the Black Hat Miniatures website.
The supplement covers the Lizardmen, background to the expedition and two scenarios. It also contains a Martian Empires FAQ and updated lists for other forces.
