Abberant: The sight of a command buggy surrounded by its accompanying gang of vehicles is something most wastelanders will try and avoid. The sound of the gang leader's voice through his megaphone, cutting through the roar of engines is not something you want heading in your direction. Sitting atop his makeshift throne, the gang leader can orchestrate his warriors while displaying the decaying body of the last unfortunate victim that crossed their path.
