Pulp Alley: Perilous Island Expansion coming soon!

Just found this great news from the Pulp Alley crew: Far from civilized lands, deep in a hollowed-out volcano lair about four blocks from downtown Enid, Oklahoma, strange experiments are finally coming to a close. The sounds of wild laughter and the rumble of dice echo from the secret laboratory, mixing with an ecstatic shriek, “IT’S DONE!!!”

Bobby and I have finished writing the first expansion for Pulp Alley, called Perilous Island. Editing and layout work for Perilous Island is also wrapping up, and I’m hoping we can send the files to the printers sometime next week. I’ll keep you updated with an official release date as soon as possible. Perilous Island is one-part thrilling campaign and one-part exciting expansion. Here are just some of the goodies you can expect to see inside Perilous Island:

  • THE WEIRD & AMAZING! – The inhuman, unearthly, and down-right strange perks and abilities introduced in Perilous Island provide even more options for your truly weird characters such as living-dead, shapeshifters, dinosaurs, sorcerers, robots, ghosts, aliens, dimensional shambling horrors, and more.
  • DOMINION – New perks such as Dark Pact, Overlord, and Ancient Sect open strange portals to mysterious powers, minions, and cultists.
  • TERRORS! – Rules for creating and playing one-character leagues of incredible power.
  • NEW Fortune Cards – Five brutal Fortune Cards offer new thrills and surprises.
  • THE CAMPAIGN – Prepare to embark on a journey of global scale, venturing from the deserts of Mexico, to the streets of Athens, the docks of Indonesia, and ending on the mysterious Perilous Island. This challenging campaign is sure to test your characters to their limits!

Prepare for PERILOUS ISLAND! More details to come...

"Pulp Alley" is a really good ruleset; I expect to buy this expansion.

It certainly is I have the ruleset but have yet to play a game. The rules look very interesting and innovative though.
