The pacific war 1879 - 1884, now with miniatures!

Just found this update from the Matchlock Miniatures Kickstarter campaign: For those of you who haven't already seen it yet... We had one of sculptors work over-time and...

We promised you a prototype but we thought one wasn't enough so we had two of our sculptors work overtime for you guys and we went 3 better. Without further delay we're proud to present a Peruvian Infantryman, a Peruvian Officer and a Peruvian Musician.

These are trial sculpts but we hope they give you a good idea what the finished range would look like. We really tried to capture the character of the plates, designs and conflict did we do a good job? We love them here but it's up to you guys if you want this range to see the light of day. I personally think it would be a shame to shelve such a beautiful range but get posting blogging and let us know what you think...

What do you think of this range? Will you game the period or use the troops for Victorian Science Fiction? Share you opinion and help to shape the range!
