Here you can see my barn with a thatched roof made of faux fur and hardend with watered down PVA.

On this picture you can see a window made of a small piece of cartonboard (the backside) with a frame of wood (this wood is not balsa because that's really expensive). The actual window is made of bits of fly mesh (vliegengaas).
Here you can see the rooftiles, each rooftile is unique and handcut. This job was very time consuming.
