Dracos Games: The galaxy is slowly falling into chaos. The UNE and the Akoran Empire are fighting a bitter war over centuries old claims. The Decoran Republic has been stabbed in the back by the Andromedan Empire and the Federation Commonwealth is launching suicidal Crusades in all directions. The Horloth have been drawn into the conflict and the Ilin are close to declaring war on the UNE. With the Adromedans once more at war other races have grown nervous and have mobilized their militaries. The Nan'Tra'Ki are powerless to stop the spread of conflict and war. The fate of an entire race rests in your hands. Who will you fight for?
Galactic War 2 offers a wide assortment of improvements over the first edition and not much of the game hasn't seen some form of improvement. Improvements include, but are not limited to:
- Improved points for the ships
- Improved shooting rules
- Improved fighter rules
- and much much more
Core fleets are as Galactic War 1 but each have had ships added to the fleet list so no jumping between books and also have had 5 hero ships added to each fleet.
