Warlord Games has previewed the following sprue pictures of their upcoming Project Z - Zombie Skirmish Game showing the new biker and male zombie sprues along with the very useful modern military boxed set.
So there will be at least six plastic boxed sets allowing you to field the following miniatures! Note that loads more of pictures can be found on the excellent Wargames Illustrated blog here.
Female Zombie Vixens - The female zombie vixens look to be the same as the previously released wargames Factory ones. These were quite good as I have reviewed them in the past here. The sprues each contain enough parts to make 10 zombies along with one crawling zombie.

Male Zombies - The male zombie sprue will allow you to assemble ten male zombies along with a crawling zombie. Note that this sprue has been completely overhauled so forget the bad Wargames Factory male zombies as these new version will certainly match the quality of the more recent Wargames Factory releases such as the male and female survivors. it also looks like they added more head variants included helmeted heads so you can make zombiefied versions of the modern military soldiers as mentionned below.

Modern Military Soldiers - The modern miltary sprues each contain eight modern soldiers which can be equiped with both modern russian and american used weaponry. These set will prove very popular in my opinion as none such plastics kits are currently produced.

Survivor Bikers (both Male and Female options) - My favorite sprue since I spotted the sprue last year at Salute is this one. Using this sprue you can build two motorcycle mounted biker survivors along with female and male passengers and their dismounted versions!

Male Survivor Biker Hero - This mini sprue contains enough parts to assemble one tough biker gang hero mounted on his powerful chopper motorcycle. Looking at the parts available on the sprue you will be able to assemble him with a nice variety of weapons both melee and ranged.

Note that the reviews mentionned above were done using the Wargames Factory boxed sets so some parts of the reviews won't match with the new boxed sets by Warlord Games. Although the quality remarks and number of components should be still correct along with the size comparisons.
