Not sure these are already released, last news I read was that he was preparing a Kickstarter to fund the production of these and other miniatures. But if you're a member on The Lead Adventure Forum you can pm the member Alxbates who's owner of Forge of Ice and ask for further details. Cheers!
For the time being they're only available via emailing me - I don't have an online store set up. But you can find Forge of Ice on Facebook, or, failing that, the Lead Adventure Forum (or, really, any other forum that I'm on - TMP, Frothers, etc, although FB or the LAF are by far the fastest ways to get in touch).
