Dracos Games announced a new expansion called Earth-Akoran War for their The Earth Wars Saga: Galactic War wargame due to be released on August 15th.
This war is the greatest conflict that man-kind has ever seen. The Akorans came in three great ambushes that crippled three of the four great alliances. They advanced into our territory and we resisted with what little we had left. The Commintern bought the rest of us the time we needed to recover. We have not struck back. We have been on a bitter defense that has cost the lives of millions of soldiers and crewman. The Terran system is surrounded. with 122 billion mouths to feed they could starve us into submission. We stand on the brink of the greatest battle ever to be fought in hundreds of years. Will you stand and fight?
Never hear of The Earth Wars Saga: Galactic War? Check out this brief introduction: The galaxy is slowly falling into chaos. The UNE and the Akoran Empire are fighting a bitter war over centuries old claims. The Decoran Republic has been stabbed in the back by the Andromedan Empire and the Federation Commonwealth is launching suicidal Crusades in all directions. The Horloth have been drawn into the conflict and the Ilin are close to declaring war on the UNE. Galactic War is a star ship combat game set in the Earth Wars Saga universe in the year 3565. The game comes with an history of both the galaxy and humanity. There are 13 pages of rules and five fleets detailing over 100 ships, patrol boats, and fighters. Available through the Wargame Vault here.
