The Ion Age: Its our first convention month and to celebrate we are featuring on Alternative Armies trade stand at Salute 2014 and giving 15% off all orders plus the chance to pick up on the day.
Alternative Armies presents The Ion Age 15mm and 28mm at Salute 2014, April 12th at Excel in London. This means that space opera fun will be there in force with our entire 15mm Science Fiction range for the first time ever. We will have brand new releases on the day (see later on in this posting), we will have special offers on the day, we will have the guys who design and create the Ion Age that you can chat to and we will be giving away miniatures with every purchase. Plus from now until the day we have a code to use on our website to get 15% off your orders and the option to collect your package from us on the day to save the shipping (you still get Reward Points and the Free Miniature too!). Read on for all the details before your brain melts with the space opera awesome of it all! Check all the details here.
We wanted something to do with this convention month as Salute dominates April for me and so a recruiting poster it was. You will see the poster (you can see part of it in the backdrop of the image above) in a few days but this is the lovely lady who features upon it. And she is lovely. Sam Croes sculpted this seated female Muster Trooper as an excellent addition to all Prydian Army players and those who like a vignette piece. Armed with a Moth Type 6 Rifle and helmet laid upon the ground she is free in every order this month.
The Muster Girl is the white metal 15mm miniature in the above image and until 1st May 2014 she is free in each and every order placed with us at the rate of one per order placed. After that date she will be retired and replaced by the next free miniature and of course you earn reward points on all orders too. We realise that some of you may wish to purchase the current free miniature to get multiples of it without placing a lot of orders so you can do just that. You can find more information on the free miniature here.
