Here's a complete range of all sorts of Science Fiction miniatures and vehicles released by Akula's Galactic Armies. This isn't a company but a private person who has decided to build his own range and sell of casts to fund new miniatures. More miniatures here, I have also included some pictures of his upcoming civilians.

Very interesting! They say they are not from any specific film or setting but they seem VERY Dune-like to me! Lovely work.
Now you mention Dune, the range owner mentionned that these miniature were based on Dune.
He's even building a massive terrain board for Dune on the lead adventure forum.
