Northstar Miniatures: We are about to start a range of Boers for our North Star Africa! line. The Boers popped up everywhere. The Boers were the group of Dutch farmers who settled in South Africa during the 19th Century. Fiercely independent, they fought a series of wars against the Zulus, Matabeles and the British, eventually beaten into submission at the turn of the 20th Century. Our Boers represent fighters from the late 19th Century, so can be used for the Zulu War, Matabele Wars, The Jameson Raid and the First Boer War. Miniatures will retail at £5.60 a pack of four, photos will become available soon so stay tuned!
