Magister Militum: Price increase starting in April

We are going to be applying a small price increase from the 10th April. We've held off for three years:

• 10mm packs go from £5.00 GBP to £5.25 GBP (chariots and elephants, no increase)
• 15mm basic packs to £2.80 GBP to £3.00 GBP, and the larger packs by a corresponding margin
