Tobsen Miniatures: Libelle with paintjob

Hi, I just found this picture of the partially painted Libelle of Tobsen Miniatures! If you're interested in more of his news and upcoming cool contraptions take a look at his Facebook page and stay tuned for more mechanical madness! The painted Libelle looks great, death from above!

Wonder how difficult it would be to convert it to a 'Lacepunk' (18th C. SF) flying contraption along the lines of these (Ben Franklin's war )?
Cutting off the extremity of the MG to obtain a multi-barrelled musket and adding 'Warhammer'-like exhausts to the stovepipes? Maybe giving more 'period' character with some rococo decoration?

It wouldn't take too much effort I guess but here's another libelle contraption that be of more interest for your purposes: http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?topic=43973.0

But just saw you aleady reacted upon the thread.

Cheers and looking forward to more lacepunk madness!
